01 Acceptance of Terms

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User," "Player," or "you") and 1q77 ("1q77," "we," "us," or "our"), the operator of the online casino platform accessible at 1q77.club. 2.4 One Account Policy

Each individual may register and maintain only one (1) active 1q77 account. The creation of duplicate or multiple accounts by a single individual — whether under the same identity or different identities — is strictly prohibited and constitutes grounds for immediate suspension of all associated accounts and forfeiture of balances pending investigation.

03 Account Responsibilities

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your 1q77 account credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your account access with any third party. 1q77 will not be held liable for any losses resulting from unauthorized access to your account arising from your failure to maintain credential security.

You must notify 1q77 immediately via live chat or email if you suspect unauthorized access to your account. 1q77 reserves the right to suspend access to any account where security may have been compromised pending investigation. You agree to cooperate fully with any such investigation.

Your 1q77 account is personal and non-transferable. Selling, transferring, or assigning your account or any balance therein to another party is strictly prohibited.

04 Deposits & Withdrawals

4.1 Deposits

1q77 accepts deposits via GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, Metrobank, and bank transfer. The minimum deposit amount is Philippine Peso (₱) 50. Deposits are credited to your 1q77 wallet balance upon confirmation of receipt. 1q77 does not charge deposit fees; however, third-party payment providers may impose their own transaction fees for which 1q77 accepts no responsibility.

4.2 Withdrawals

The minimum withdrawal amount is ₱200. Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for the player's most recent verified deposit, subject to KYC completion. Processing times vary by payment method: GCash and PayMaya withdrawals are typically processed within 5 to 30 minutes; bank transfers within 1 to 3 Philippine banking business hours. 1q77 does not charge withdrawal fees on standard withdrawal requests.

4.3 KYC Verification

All players must complete identity verification (KYC) before the first withdrawal is processed. 05 Bonuses & Promotions

1q77 may from time to time offer bonuses, free plays, cashback offers, or other promotional incentives to eligible players. Each promotional offer is subject to specific terms and conditions, including wagering requirements, minimum deposit thresholds, game restrictions, time validity, and maximum withdrawal limits from bonus funds. The specific terms of each promotion are published alongside the offer at the time of issuance.

Bonuses are credited only to verified accounts in good standing. 1q77 reserves the right to amend, suspend, or withdraw any promotional offer at any time without prior notice, provided that such amendment does not retroactively affect the terms of an accepted and active promotional offer. Abuse of the promotional system — including but not limited to creating multiple accounts to claim a promotion more than once — will result in forfeiture of the bonus and any associated winnings, and may result in permanent account closure.

06 Game Rules & Fairness

All games available on the 1q77 platform utilize certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology that is independently tested and verified by approved testing laboratories. The RNG ensures that all game outcomes are genuinely random and cannot be predicted, manipulated, or influenced by 1q77 staff or any third party.

07 Prohibited Conduct

08 Intellectual Property

All content on the 1q77 platform — including but not limited to the website design, graphics, logos, game interfaces, software code, text, and trademarks — is the exclusive intellectual property of 1q77 or its licensed content providers. No content may be reproduced, distributed, modified, reverse-engineered, publicly displayed, or used for commercial purposes without the prior written consent of 1q77.

Your use of the 1q77 platform grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the platform for personal, non-commercial recreational purposes only, in accordance with these Terms.

09 Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, 1q77, its directors, officers, employees, affiliates, and technology partners shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the platform, including losses arising from game outcomes, service interruptions, delays, errors, or omissions.

1q77 does not guarantee continuous, uninterrupted access to the platform. Scheduled and unscheduled maintenance periods may temporarily affect platform availability. 1q77 shall not be liable for losses incurred during periods of inaccessibility.

Gambling by its nature involves financial risk. By using 1q77, you acknowledge and accept that you may lose money wagered. 1q77 does not guarantee any return on funds wagered. Nothing in these Terms constitutes financial or investment advice.

10 Responsible Gaming

1q77 is committed to promoting responsible gambling practices. These tools are accessible directly from your account settings and take effect within 24 hours of activation (self-exclusion takes effect immediately).

11 Termination

Upon termination for cause, any balance remaining in the account may be withheld pending the outcome of an investigation.

You may close your 1q77 account at any time by contacting customer support. Account closure requests will be processed within five (5) business days. Any eligible balance will be returned to your registered payment method following KYC confirmation and the expiry of any applicable bonus wagering periods.

12 Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Any dispute arising from or in connection with these Terms or your use of the 1q77 platform shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines, subject to any applicable dispute resolution mechanisms established by PAGCOR.

13 Amendments to These Terms

Continued use of 1q77 following the effective date of any amendment constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the revised Terms, you must close your account prior to the effective date of the changes.
